About this role

The Associate Director role supports the evolution of HOOPP's Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Crisis and Continuity programs by identifying and mitigating key operational risks within the investment environment. This position partners with front office trading teams to review processes, manage vendor risks, and lead business continuity planning and crisis response. The role also focuses on leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, decision-making, and control effectiveness.
