Associate Director

The Associate Director is a hands-on, relationship-centered role responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating programming for youth ages 12-24 at The Garden, a youth center in Houston, TX. Reporting to the Director of Programs and Operations, this position builds trust with young people, delivers high-quality programming, and ensures a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. The role involves both daytime operational support and evening staff leadership during peak programming hours.
