About this role

The Associate Director/Director, Bioanalytical provides technical and operational support for bioanalytical activities across DISC Medicine's drug development programs. This role independently oversees outsourced bioanalytical studies in GLP/GCP and non-GLP environments, supporting a broad range of drug modalities. The position requires extensive expertise in regulated bioanalysis and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality support for preclinical and clinical development.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and operational bioanalytical activities including assay development and validation
Serve as bioanalytical project lead and strategic partner to internal cross-functional teams
Collaborate with CROs and external laboratories to develop and execute bioanalytical strategies
