Associate Director/Director, Clinical Development Program Management

The Associate Director/Director, Clinical Development Program Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic and operational execution of one or more clinical development programs from early through late-stage trials. The role serves as the central point of accountability for cross‑functional program delivery, partnering with core team leads, CROs, and external vendors to ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. It involves leading matrixed teams, managing risk, supporting regulatory submissions, and reporting program status to senior leadership.
