About this role

The Associate Director/Director, Medical Affairs Operations will support the Medical Affairs function by providing strategic project management and operational oversight across multiple initiatives, including phase 4 studies, congress planning, and dashboard reporting. Reporting to the SVP, Global Head of Medical Affairs, the role collaborates with cross‑functional leaders in Commercial, Patient Advocacy, Clinical Development, and Market Access to ensure seamless communication and delivery of milestones.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end operational management of Phase 4 study
Develop and maintain Medical Affairs project plans, budgets, and dashboards
Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and oversee Medical Affairs SharePoint platforms
