Berklee is hiring an Associate Director / Training Director of Counseling Services to provide senior clinical leadership within its Health and Wellness unit. The role supports the emotional well-being and creative development of a diverse, artistically driven student body and partners with campus stakeholders to advance student-centered mental health services. It reports to the Director of Counseling & Advocacy Services and helps shape counseling programs and training.
