Associate Editor, Delacorte Press – Licensed Publishing (Open to Remote)

Delacorte Press is seeking an Associate Editor to join its editorial team and support its growing licensed publishing program for young adult and middle grade audiences. The role involves managing licensed publishing projects from manuscript development through publication, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with authors, agents, licensors, and internal teams. This position combines hands-on editorial work, acquisitions, creative development, and project management to bring beloved characters and worlds to readers in new ways.
