Associate, Education & Social Impact (ESI) Practice

An Associate in the Education & Social Impact (ESI) Practice at Spencer Stuart supports executive search assignments across nonprofit and social impact organizations, gaining exposure to CEO, CFO, COO, board director, and other C-level searches. The role provides broad experience in search strategy, candidate assessment, and client engagement while partnering with ESI consultants and cross-functional colleagues. The position is office-based at least part-time (NYC preferred; Washington, DC or Los Angeles considered).
