About this role

Sanford Health is seeking candidates to become licensed Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) through a paid program funded by the Minnesota Earn While You Learn Grant. Selected individuals will be hired as Associate EMTs, attend an 8-week EMT course, and complete new employee orientation while earning an hourly wage with 100% of tuition costs covered. Upon obtaining EMT licensure, candidates may be offered further employment opportunities based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Attend 8-week EMT course and complete new employee orientation
Utilize medical equipment to treat patients under preceptor supervision
Communicate with treatment center personnel to report patient information
