The role operates in a shift-based, hybrid working model with on-call and out-of-hours responsibilities, partnering with development teams to improve reliability and observability. Candidates will be expected to be technical SMEs in underlying technologies and to build strong business and interpersonal knowledge for cross-team collaboration.
