Associate Estimator

An Associate Estimator prepares estimates for various projects, sharing responsibility for cost accuracy with the project team. The role involves assisting other estimators and managers in all types of estimating tasks, including hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual estimating. This position requires reading contract documents, performing quantity take-offs, and soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
