Associate Executive Director

The Associate Executive Director assists the Executive Director in the overall administration of Charter House, a senior housing community in Rochester, Minnesota, with 72 beds of Assisted Living and 32 beds of Skilled Nursing Facility. This role provides hands-on leadership in operations, team development, resident experience, and regulatory compliance to ensure the community's success. The position involves supporting daily operations, developing staff, ensuring high-quality resident services, and acting as a community ambassador. Candidates with a background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality are preferred, along with relevant leadership experience and state licenses.
