Associate Fabricator

As a Fabricator at Simpson Strong-Tie, you will operate press brakes and other manual fabrication equipment to manufacture structural connectors according to production drawings and work orders. The role involves performing quality inspections, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean work environment while adhering to safety and lean production goals. You will work a full-time first shift schedule with the ability to operate various manual fabrication operations like shearing, welding, and CNC machinery.
