About this role

The Associate Field Service Technician maintains retail store technologies, computer systems, and peripherals across retail and commercial environments. The role supports installation, configuration, repair, and refurbishment of Toshiba and non-Toshiba point-of-sale and retail devices in stores and SMB/retail banking locations. The technician is accountable for customer satisfaction and operational metrics and will work under supervision until fully trained to operate independently.
