About this role

This is a 26-month rotational program for recent graduates to develop leadership skills within Amgen's Operations organization in Puerto Rico. Participants will complete rotations in Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain to prepare for future leadership roles at the End-to-End Manufacturing Site. The program emphasizes agility, business understanding, and the ability to work across diverse teams and functions.

Responsibilities

Complete complex rotation assignments across multiple functions
Ramp up knowledge quickly to contribute meaningfully to team goals
Demonstrate agility and flexibility while transitioning through rotations
Use data and insights to drive business performance
Understand wider business context and organizational strategies
