Associate, Fund Controller

The Fund Controller role manages all financial matters related to the management of real estate funds across Europe and globally, delivering high-level financial reporting to support decision-making for client portfolios. The position oversees accounting, budgeting, reporting, tax, and compliance requirements for regulated and non-regulated funds, while ensuring functional integrity and proper controls within the Yardi bookkeeping system. The role also involves supporting portfolio management, acquisitions, and asset management teams with performance analysis, transaction structuring, and due diligence.
