Associate General Counsel, Product & Regulatory

The Associate General Counsel, Product & Regulatory at Reflection will establish and scale the legal and compliance frameworks for open-weight AI model development. This role involves collaborating with research, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations globally, as well as advising on data use, licensing, and privacy compliance. Responsibilities include designing internal policies, leading risk governance initiatives, and monitoring regulatory trends to provide strategic legal guidance throughout the model lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology regulation and a strong understanding of global privacy frameworks.
