Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner across the global organization. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role supports the company’s commercial decisions with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance. This hybrid position is based at the Global HQ in Rosemont, IL, with Mondays and Fridays remote and in-office collaboration days on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and occasional international travel.
