About this role

The Associate, Global Private Wealth, National Accounts - Platform Enablement role supports the Global Private Wealth National Accounts team in managing and enhancing private wealth intermediary relationships. Key duties include coordinating onboarding for distribution partners, creating presentation materials, fulfilling RFP/DDQ requests, and maintaining CRM data to track platform engagement. The position requires close collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and operational workflows run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding activities with distribution partners
Coordinate and create presentation materials for due diligence sessions
Maintain and update data in the CRM system
Fulfill RFP and DDQ requests with accuracy
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to meet client requirements
