Associate GM - Poland

The Associate General Manager for Poland at Tilt is responsible for leading and growing specific categories on the platform, owning the P&L and developing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires leveraging data analytics, such as SQL, to derive insights and continuously improve category performance, alongside leading marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness. The Associate GM will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales teams, while ensuring seller satisfaction and retention through effective problem-solving and relationship-building.
