Associate - Hedge Funds

Simmons & Simmons is seeking an Associate with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience to join its award-winning Hedge Funds team in London or Bristol. The role involves advising hedge fund managers, investment managers, and investors on the establishment, structuring, operation, and ongoing regulation of open-ended investment funds. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate offering documents, investment management agreements, and subscription documents, while leading fund launches and restructurings.
