This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, identifies quality risks, and supports FDA inspections within the healthcare/medical device industry. The SME will analyze data, maintain Standard Operating Procedures, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold Baxter's mission of saving lives.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for trending and Management Review systems
Ensure compliance with Quality System provisions and SOPs
Identify and resolve regulatory and quality risks
Prepare materials for FDA inspections and audits
Develop and deliver GxP training programs to internal groups
