Associate, Insurance & Risk Management

The Associate, Insurance & Risk Management supports HITT’s property & casualty, subcontractor default insurance, surety, and captive insurance programs across the company’s family of operating companies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Insurance & Risk Management, the role handles day-to-day program administration and serves as a resource for operations, finance, and legal teams. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in P&C insurance, an interest in the construction industry, and a desire to grow into a well-rounded risk management professional.
