Associate Judge

The Associate Judge provides a broad range of judicial functions at the trial court level for the Colville Tribal Court, presiding over criminal, civil, and family law cases as appointed by the Chief Judge. This non-exempt position requires a Juris Doctorate degree, admission to the Washington State Bar Association, and a minimum of four years of legal practice experience. The role involves managing busy court dockets, conducting legal research, and issuing decisions with professionalism and judicial integrity.
