About this role

A temporary Budget Operations & Systems Associate Manager at LEGO supports the US Marketing group with financial data accuracy, month-end closes, and the onboarding of a new financial reporting tool called Planini. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Global teams to ensure reliable reporting during a major system transition. The position involves creating training materials, troubleshooting system issues, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and adoption of the Planini tool for the US Marketing team
Ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing financial data during close cycles
Support month-end and year-end close processes including accruals and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Global teams
Contribute to process improvement efforts in reporting and system workflows
