Associate Manager, Development Services - Purification

This role leads a team of 9 to 10 FTEs in driving late-stage development, process characterization, and viral clearance activities at Lonza's Singapore facility. The position is responsible for coaching team members, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality, compliant delivery to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. It involves overseeing downstream purification activities, maintaining cGMP standards, and supporting business development through data presentation and audit participation.
