About this role

As an Associate Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Enablement at SC Johnson, you will lead high-impact recruiting programs within the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Responsibilities

Strategically research, design, and execute talent acquisition programs to scale globally
Lead change management initiatives and deliver training for new processes
Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for critical HR technologies
Manage vendor relationships and drive performance for global talent efforts
Ensure TA processes meet compliance requirements with EEO and OFCCP guidelines

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's or University degree5+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources6+ months of demonstrated Project Management and/or Change Management experience
