Associate Manager, Implementation

The Associate Manager, Implementation leads the implementation team in the UK region, partnering with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue for new and existing customers. This role focuses on customizing and driving implementation strategies for Enterprise and Mid Market accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and maximizing end-user adoption during the initial 90 days post-sale. The position requires managing a team of Implementation Leads and collaborating closely with Account Executives to track adoption and usage metrics.
