About this role

The Associate Manager, NPD Sourcing serves as the strategic sourcing leader for new product development programs, partnering with cross-functional teams and suppliers to bring innovative products from concept through commercialization. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that enable successful product launches, mitigate risk, optimize cost, and create long-term business value. The position requires on-site presence two days per week in Flower Mound, Texas.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing strategy for new product development and new product introduction initiatives
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for new technologies, components, and manufacturing processes
Drive supplier performance and accountability throughout the product development lifecycle
