Associate Manager - Operations & Maintenance

This role is responsible for executing operations of a thermal power plant during shifts, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, and compliance. The position involves supporting the management of all units, switchyard, and Balance of Plant (BoP), while working closely with the Desk Engineer and team members to maintain optimal plant performance and handle emergencies.
