About this role

The Associate Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring high-volume hourly manufacturing talent for the Franklin, NH sites. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent hourly roles, builds sustainable talent pipelines, and develops community partnerships to strengthen the Watts employment brand. The position reports to the TA Manager, Operations, and is based onsite in Franklin, NH.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly manufacturing and warehouse positions
Develop and execute local recruitment marketing campaigns to strengthen employer brand
Build and maintain partnerships with staffing agencies and workforce development organizations
