Associate Member Services Representative

The Associate Member Services Representative is an entry-level position at SECU designed to provide foundational knowledge of branch operations through routine duties and member service. The role involves responding to inquiries via phone and in-person, processing transactions, managing cash drawers, and adhering to strict security and control procedures. Candidates will also assist with account openings, foreign currency handling, and learn basic Financial Advisory product referrals under supervision.
