Associate Member Services Representative

The Associate Member Services Representative is an entry-level role responsible for providing foundational branch operations support and exemplary member service. Key duties include processing transactions, managing cash drawers, resolving member inquiries via phone and in-person, and maintaining account confidentiality. Individuals in this role will also balance ATMs and vaults, prepare cash deliveries, and begin learning about basic account openings and financial advisory referrals.
