About this role

The Associate OCC Operator (P1) supports the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of LRE’s renewable energy fleet from the 24/7 Operations Control Center. This role involves monitoring plant and grid conditions, executing operating instructions, and coordinating with internal and external entities to ensure compliance with NERC reliability standards and ISO/RTO protocols. The position is an associate-level development role focused on completing training and obtaining necessary operator certifications.
