Associate People in M&A - Strategy

As an Associate People in M&A at KPMG Strategy, you will leverage HR expertise to support private equity and corporate clients during deals, from pre-transaction assessment to post-merger integration. This role involves conducting HR due diligence, analyzing workforce data to identify risks and synergies, and designing future-proof HR strategies that align with financial objectives. You will act as a bridge between HR and Finance, advising on complex restructurings, restructuring costs, and stakeholder negotiations while collaborating closely with senior management.
