About this role

The Associate, Portfolio Company Management supports the Farmland Plus strategy by partnering with portfolio company executives to develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives that accelerate growth and enhance investment returns. The role involves supporting Board engagement, providing analytical materials for investor communications, and contributing to transaction execution and key strategic projects across the portfolio. This highly visible position requires strong analytical, strategic, and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with portfolio company leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and operational initiatives
Support transaction execution including acquisitions, mergers, and financings with stakeholder approvals
Prepare Board meeting materials and coordinate investor reporting and valuation processes
