The Credit Portfolio Associate supports HarbourVest's Private Credit team with capital raising, portfolio management, and operational execution. The role involves extensive exposure to data analysis, marketing, fundraising activities, and fund modeling while collaborating with internal teams and external administrators. This position focuses on maintaining data integrity, preparing performance reports, and supporting the overall investment process.

Responsibilities

Perform portfolio and strategy-level analyses to support management decisions
Ensure data integrity by monitoring position-level accuracy and completeness
Build and update fund cash flow models to support planning
Maintain internal processes and databases for performance metrics
Oversee and coordinate multiple third-party administrator relationships
