Associate Preconstruction Manager

The Associate Preconstruction Manager works closely with the Project Manager and owner during the design phase of design‑build, design assist, and integrated projects, coordinating preconstruction resources and developing value‑added technical pricing and design solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between preconstruction and operations, ensuring design issues are resolved and project goals, budgets, and schedules are met.
