Associate Principal or Principal Bioanalysis Scientist

The Bioanalysis Laboratory supports AstraZeneca R&D China by generating quality-compliant PK, PD, ADA, NAb, and biomarker data for cell therapy projects, biotherapeutic development, and regulatory filing. This role involves leading clinical bioanalysis projects, managing in-house and outsourced studies, and supporting lab operations to optimize capabilities and expand bioanalytical methods. The position requires collaboration with global teams, mentoring junior scientists, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
