Associate Principal Scientist leading vector engineering and cell line development for lentiviral vector manufacturing within AstraZeneca’s Cell Therapy modalities portfolio. The role builds and leads a high-performing function to accelerate development and ensure designs translate into scalable, phase-appropriate processes. Based in Gaithersburg, MD, the position partners closely with Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory CMC.
