About this role

Galaxy is seeking a private credit professional to support origination and execution across its growing lending platform, spanning structured and asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and digital asset products. The role involves structuring bespoke financing solutions, managing complex transaction negotiations, conducting credit diligence, and collaborating with legal, risk, and treasury teams to execute deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support origination and structuring of diverse lending products including digital asset facilities
Conduct credit diligence on counterparties, collateral, and portfolio performance
Negotiate transaction documents in partnership with outside counsel and senior deal leads
Prepare credit recommendations and structural analysis for the risk committee
Manage multiple concurrent transactions across different products and jurisdictions
