About this role

The Associate will serve as an integral member of the Audax Private Debt investment team, supporting the underwriting of new senior secured loan investments and the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies. This role offers broad exposure to the entire investment lifecycle, including transaction evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution, and investment committee processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities for sponsor-backed transactions
Build and maintain complex financial models including forecasting and leverage
Monitor portfolio companies for financial performance and compliance
Prepare investment memoranda for investment committee review
Assess credit quality and risk profile of potential investments
