About this role

The Associate, Private Infrastructure supports portfolio management and surveillance of private equity and equity‑like investment portfolios, including infrastructure funds, co‑investments, direct equity, and preferred equity. The role assists with underwriting, due diligence, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparation of investment materials while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and oversee direct equity and equity‑like investments
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of infrastructure portfolio
Prepare board materials and investment memoranda for internal and external partners
Support sales and product team in third‑party distribution of private infrastructure investments
Monitor performance of portfolio investments and maintain performance databases
