About this role

This role supports competitive sourcing and procurement execution for battery energy storage system (BESS) equipment, assisting with RFx development, bid evaluations, and supplier communications. The Associate coordinates across internal stakeholders to advance supplier selection, contracting, and purchase order execution while maintaining documentation and market intelligence. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement and can be hybrid-based in Scottsdale, AZ, or Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Execute sourcing strategies and procurement activities for battery energy storage system equipment
Administer competitive RFx processes and conduct bid evaluations for BESS equipment
Coordinate cross-functional alignment on BESS equipment agreements and project documents

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field
