Associate Producer

The Associate Producer role is responsible for meeting individual sales goals and new business targets while completing assigned sales and product knowledge training. This position is mentored by an experienced Producer to develop into a full Producer role, focusing on new business development, client relationship management, and insurance sales. The role involves conducting client visits, cold calling, analyzing client needs, and coordinating RFP responses to expand the agency's insured relationships.
