About this role

Hamilton Lane is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Innovation Team and help shape the firm’s technology roadmap across Operations and other internal functions. Reporting to the Co-Head of Product, this role will partner with business leaders to identify technology needs, define practical solutions, and improve how work gets done. The position serves as a product owner and strategic partner from discovery through implementation and go-live.
