About this role

The Associate Product Owner Salesforce plays a key role in evolving the Enterprise Salesforce platform in alignment with the Enterprise/Niche CRM Strategy. This position involves collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to define product requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and support product roll-outs and training. The role focuses on driving platform capability enhancements and ensuring a best-in-class Case Management/CRM experience for the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Elicit and assess functional requirements for Enterprise Salesforce platform enhancements
Produce project documentation including JIRA user stories and business architecture diagrams
Execute User Acceptance Testing and resolve defects prior to implementation
