This Patient Service position at Medtronic Prague supports patients and medical professionals who use Medtronic diabetes medical devices as part of the international Diabetes team. The role centers on delivering information, technical expertise and guidance to improve patient experience and diabetes management. Candidates must be fluent in English (min. B2) and native/fluent in Czech/Slovak, Polish, or Hungarian, and be based in Prague working a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office).
