The Associate Production Support Analyst is the primary contact for end users of Endpoint's Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems, supporting system operations and user interactions. This is an entry-level technical support role that works independently with guidance from senior staff and collaborates with internal study teams and external customers; the position is remote in India with designated night shift hours.
