Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory and facility Site Minor Works, including equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades. The role provides day-to-day project accountability, coordinates contractors and vendors, and ensures compliance with technical and safety requirements. The position maintains project records, validates utility needs, and delivers clear status reporting from intake through closeout.
